Walking Ireland's Most Beautiful Landscapes

Discover scenic trails, seasonal guides, and educational resources

We're kinzastore Ltd, and we've dedicated ourselves to mapping, documenting, and sharing Ireland's most spectacular walking routes. From the dramatic Cliffs of Moher to the rolling Wicklow Mountains, we help explorers find their perfect trail.

How We Started

We didn't set out to become Ireland's walking resource experts. It started with a simple problem—finding reliable information about lesser-known trails was nearly impossible.

In 2019, the team at kinzastore Ltd spent a weekend hiking the Howth Head loop near Dublin. We got lost twice, found conflicting information online, and realized something needed to change. The major trails had decent coverage, but everything else was scattered across outdated blogs and incomplete guides.

So we started documenting walks ourselves. We walked the Dingle Way's shorter sections, spent seasons tracking the Wicklow Mountains through spring and autumn changes, and studied the Cliffs of Moher trail from multiple angles. We've been at it since then, constantly adding routes, updating seasonal information, and building what we believe is the most comprehensive Irish walking resource available.

What drives us? Simple. We love walking. We love Ireland. And we don't think anyone should waste their day getting lost when they could be enjoying the views.

Featured Walking Routes

We specialize in four key regions and trails. Each has its own character, difficulty level, and seasonal considerations. Here's what we focus on.

Cliffs of Moher Trail

Dramatic 700-foot sea cliffs with panoramic Atlantic views. We document the main loop, alternative routes, and visitor flow patterns across seasons.

Howth Head Loop Walk

Urban coastal walking just 30 minutes from Dublin. We've mapped the full circuit, parking options, and best spots for ocean views.

Dingle Way Short Walks

The famous Dingle Way is 30 miles, but we've broken down manageable sections for day trips and half-day adventures.

Wicklow Mountains Guides

Ireland's largest mountain range changes dramatically with seasons. We provide detailed guides for spring blooms, summer peaks, autumn colors, and winter considerations.

Seasonal Resources

Weather patterns, trail conditions, best visiting times, and what to expect during different months throughout the year.

Educational Content

We don't just give directions. Our guides include geology, local history, flora and fauna information, and trail safety practices.

How We Create Resources

Every trail guide at kinzastore Ltd comes from real field research, not just internet compilation. Here's how we work.

1

We Walk It Ourselves

Every route gets walked multiple times by our team. We test different seasons, weather conditions, and times of day to understand what walkers actually experience.

2

Document With Detail

We photograph landmarks, mark difficulty sections, time actual walking speeds, and note elevation changes. Distance estimates aren't guesses—they're measured.

3

Research The Context

Geology, history, local ecosystems—we dig into what makes each trail unique. Walkers aren't just moving through scenery; they're walking through stories.

4

Keep It Current

Trails change. Weather patterns shift. Access routes get updated. We revisit and revise our guides regularly to reflect current conditions.

Complete Walking Resources

We've built comprehensive guides covering everything you need to plan, prepare for, and complete scenic walks across Ireland's most beautiful regions.

Important Information

The information provided on this website is intended for educational and informational purposes to help walkers plan scenic routes and coastal strolls throughout Ireland. While we strive to keep our guides accurate and current, trail conditions, weather patterns, and accessibility can change. We recommend checking local conditions before any walk and consulting official tourism resources for the most up-to-date information. Walking involves inherent risks, and individual experiences vary based on fitness level, weather conditions, and other factors. Always follow safety guidelines and local regulations when exploring Irish trails.
